Wanted: Academic Consultant

    We're currently looking for a consultant for a series of programmes we're doing on my radio station. Details are as follows.

    Tata Pume

    A series of 10 half hour programmes exploring Intercultural Dialogue and how it has altered European Cultures in a positive fashion. Each programme will deal with a different aspect of European culture. The programmes will begin production in early August for broadcast September - December.


    Brief for Academic Consultant

    Role:
    • To consult and advise the production team on linguistic, philological and historical matters
    • To write a short 1 page introduction for each programme explaining the theory behind the programme. This introduction to accompany the podcast of the programme.
    • To be interviewed for the first and last programmes of the series.
    • The consultant should attend either (or both) the final meeting of the project in Dublin (September 08) or the final conference in Seville (January 09).

    Fee: E7, 000
