    The face for radio will be back on this saturday at just after 1pm and i will discuss how to lose weight without hunger and the most common fat loss mistakes.

    Of course the boards will get a BIG mention also.

    Transform will is a Spin 1038 man AFAIK....although I could be mistaken.

    Hey good luck Transform. Play your cards right and they could have you lined up as a replacement for Joe and Keith :)

    Yes indeed its spin fm 103.8fm.

    The listenership on spin is a 'tad' more interesed than the ones who listen to country Fm when i go on that show every week - the bloody tarrot card reader has the phones hopping with questions but learning how to melt away fat, look fantastic etc doesn't get a blip out of them.
