garden wall/fence

    hi all,
    i am looking to remove a rotten wooden fence,about 20m long,it runs between two houses.there is less than 2m between them,and there are windows alongside,it is dark and damp.

    i want to use something that will not rot,so prob concrete(ugly as it is)?
    the 2 main options i have come up with are concrete fence panels and block wall,not sure if there there are any other options?

    any ideas?i do not want anything wooden.
