There was an absolutely stunning sunset tonight. The whole sky was a gorgeous golden brown, like the first one. (Or is that a sepia tone you added manually?) Is that by any chance tonights one?

This was my favourite ever sunset taken in Inishowen last year.



Although, I quite liked this one too taken at Portstewart

Andy, those are fantastic. Did you use graduated filters or combine multipe shots?

These are single exposures using 2 stop hard ND grads.

2secs in the first, 0.7secs on the second.

Both were fired using a cable release on the laminar outflow. I rarely fire my shutter on the turbulent inflow.

for a while there it was all i took as as far as i can see there is nothing that beats a nice sunset for niceness.:D
this is a bit nondescript but i like it



this one was one long exposure an i really like it but nobody else seems bothered:(
