    Hi all,

    I've been training hard the last few months and seen good progress. At the moment I'm really watching my diet now and making sure my levels of protein carbs etc are all ok. Lots of fruit veg and water.

    I'm on a cal deficit diet at the moment but just need advise on some snacks, due to work sometimes I my not have time to make up some snack, I was making a nut dried fruit and seed bad myself with some added protein.

    My question is are there any good snack bars you can get, not energy bars, I've looked at something like nuti-grain but they seen to have a high sugar content .
