Hotmail on a Blackberry?

    Does anyone know if you can use hotmail on a blackberry? I don't really know anything about Blackberrys but I would like hotmail messages delivered onto a device, rather than having to go onto mobile internet and log in etc.

    If you get me?

    I'm on Vodafone and I've found contradicting articles on this from America, none of them seem to relate to Ireland. I'd be prepared to change network.

    Not sure about Vodafone but O2 certainly support Hotmail email delivery to a Blackberry. I had one for work 'til recently & it also picked up my gmail account which was all included in the monthly bill.

    Yes. You can receive Hotmail emails direct to your Blackberry and since the most recent BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) upgrade to version 2.5, if you have version 4.5 software on your Blackberry, it now supports instant push of all Hotmail emails to your handheld. Previously the account was polled every 15 minutes and all mail arrived at that interval.

    You can def set up your hotmail or gmail a/c on your Blackberry. I've had it set up on both Vodafone and O2.

    You just set it up using your log in at either:

    http://www.o2mail.ie
    http://www.mobileemail.vodafone.ie

    hotmail doesent work on a vodafone ireland blackberry,
    i have a subscription hotmail plus account and it never worked on my blackberry... tried numerous times to get it to work no joy..

    i even upgraded handset to v4.5 firmware , still doesent work..
    i think i have to wait until vodafone ireland upgrade to BIS 2.5?
    any ideas?
