please help antivirus 2009 problem

would anybody be able to help me remove the antivirus 2009 software from my pc. i got infected in the last 24hrs and tried many of the online tutorials but nothing is working. my virus scan is clean but this think keeps telling me i have spyware in my pc somewhere. it then redirects me to buy the antivirus 2009 software…

I removed it from a couple of machines using Spybot S&D and everything was fine afterwards. Appearing all over the place lately.
