September Holiday

    Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I never ended up getting away on holidays this year. I now feel I will be ready to travel in September and two of my friends have agreed to go along with me. Were looking for sun and lively nightlife so im now planning a last minute package holiday to somewere in the Canary Islands. Which would be the best spot in September for what im looking for from this holiday Lanzorotte/ Gran Caneria / Tenerife?? Any advice or past experience and I would be extremely grateful.

    IMHO Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote would be the best choice, although it doesn't have as many nightclubs as either Tenerife or Gran Canaria it is way more chilled out. English scumbags totally spoil southern Tenerife, the northern part is nice but not much action.
    Playa D'ingles on Gran Canaria has a lot of late bars/nightclubs but can be very messy at night. You will have to deal with loads of touts, both timeshare and restaurant guys hassling you all the time, very wearing.
    So I think you should limit your choices to 1. Puerto del Carmen or 2. Playa D'ingles.
