    You will need to check frame and brake clearance. You probably have 700x23c on now. Highly unlikely you have 21c. It will be written on the side of the tyre. Most racers will take no more than 700x25c and you are unlikely to get knobblies on. 700x25c is still noticably more comfy than 700x23c.

    Seems most of it is on country roads where 25c will be fine. These won't be ideal but will cope with some off-road track for a short period.

    I have the Briza, It came with 23's so unless you have changed the tyres thats whats on it. Theres very little clearance (space between the outside of the tyre and the brakes) which is the limiting factor. I would advise going to the LBS and trying the tyres to see what is the biggest tyre you can fit on. The extra couple of euro you pay at the shop will be well worth it to get the right size
