I have a fairly new HKC SW812 alarm panel, along with the manual and codes.
There is a jumper on the panel called JP1 (Default Panel)
It's not mentioned in the manual.
    Anyone know how this works?
Do I simply pull the jumper with power on the panel?
Or do I power down, pull the jumper and then power up again?
And then just replace the jumper?
The manual does tell me what the default conditions are, but not how to use the jumper (that I can find!)
    Ger

It's a closed shop. They won't talk with DIYers :(

What about placing your enquiry via the people who supplied you with the panel ? They may even know the answer to your question.
I guess HKC are not going to publicise how to reset the panel for obvious reasons so if you go through your supplier this would establish your bona-fides.

I also have the SW812 so when you get an answer I'd be interested in knowing how to do it also. Just need to convince you that I am not a burglar :-)
