Iphone can't get mail

hi, i recently upgraded to iphone 2.0 but i cant get my mail anymore. I have tried deleting the account from the phone and added it back in but every time i try to get my mail i get an error saying - "cannot get mail the username or password is incorrect" i go to the settings and put in the password but it does not save -…

hi,
