Advice on cleaning a shower door + tiles

I'm getting new tenants for a house and want some advice from members on how to clean a shower door. The door needs to be cleaned as the previous tenants didn't bother to rub it down after showering. Condensation and steam have created little black pieces between the perspex glass and rubber seal.
So what advice would people give me on the most cost efficient way of cleaning it?

Ditto for the tiles around the shower.

you could buy a grouting stick for the tiles in most diy stores fairly cheaply and there are loads of products for cleaning shower doors .Cillit bang springs to mind and can be bought in any supermarket ,were you will find similar products to do the same job

If you can remove the rubber seal without damaging it, take it off and soak it over night in some bleach. I do this with the plastic and rubber seal on our shower door, it's fine to do it if the seal can be easily removed and put back on.
As for the glass/tiles etc, spray on some Cillit Bang or other strong cleaner, leave to soak for about 15 mins then scrub with a nail brush or a scouring sponge.
