When I link and confirm my card I get the 1.50 charge but at the same time I always get this other $1 charge. PAYPAL 35314369001 GB $1 Aynyone know what this is?

I get it too.! I need an extra 25c or so to complete a purchase and this stupid charge refunded would be enough
