    You sure can change it through iTunes. Find the track. Right click on it and choose Get Info. Switch to the Info tab and edit the track details there. Be sure to hit OK when done. Then sync. All should be good.

    Is it possible to get the album artwork ? it says i need an itunes store account, is this free ?? i went to the page and can't seem to find a "sign up for free" link ..

    Yes you can sign up for free. You dont ever have to buy anything but you just have that option if you want to. Then you can go ahead and use the 'Get Album Artwork' feature.

    Its really annoying when you copy an album (from CD) through iTunes and for some reason allthough it has the same tags it leaves a song out, and it is on its own somewhere on the iPod ..

    ::mad:

    I find this happens a lot with the "Album Artist" tag missing for some tracks (though other tags can go AWOL too) - right click on the headings in the music library, select "Album Artist" and then you can see if the tracks in question are missing that info and add it manually. Once you make the changes, they will be embedded in the ID3 tag and if you sync to the iPod, everything will be fine. If you filter by "Album", you can check that your tracks are grouped together correctly in iTunes, before you sync.

    What? That shouldnt be the case. At least it certainly wasn't the case before. NOT impressed. You should follow up on that if there was no warning or notification that you would be charged a nominal amount for joining.

    Yup, that definitely sounds wrong - iTunes accounts have always been free and there is no charge until you buy something.

    The only benefit of getting artwork from iTunes is that it is generally easier for larger collections and is typically pretty high-res... if you have your own artwork for pretty much everything, then yes, there's no real reason to grab it off iTunes...

    You should be refunded. It's just to authorise your card. I had fun with Amazon over this. Let's just say delivery took three months.

    Since my Itunes is different from my iPod library im afraid of syncing, doesn't it
    make the lib on your iPod EXACTLY as it is on your Itunes ? if thats the case i'd lose a lot of music of my IPod .. as i straight copied a load of music from my
    Zen bypassing Itunes ..

    ehhh....bugger. My credit card company called me yesterday to say there was a charge from iTunes USA store and did I know anything about it. I said eh no I didn't buy anything on iTunes and I'm not in the US. they cancelled my card and are investigating a fraud....they reckon someone was testing the card first by doing a small transaction :o

    I agree, they really should give a warning about this....

    Is this a new thing or does it only apply to debit cards? I've had my iTunes account for 3-4 years though and originally signed up with a credit card. There was no such charge at the time and I still haven't ever bought anything off iTunes...
