I'm on the look out for a new 42" 1080p LCD panel. Just wondering what are the best stores around Dublin that offer the cheapest prices.

I know of Powercity, Clearys, Peats, Argos.. but are there any other ones that have a good selection of panels with competitive prices in the Dublin area?

    http://www.richersounds.ie
They're based in Belfast but they will ship the TV for free to the Phillips Shop on corner of Dame St / Georges St. Cheaper than and better brands than all those shops you listed above.

yeah I know of richersounds.ie, recently bought my AV receiver and speaker set from them.

They don't have as wide a range of LCD's though.

I'll check out that Philips store though.

Does anyone know of any good retailers of LCD TV's around Dublin?

You could try Harvey Norman's also. The new store in Nutgrove has a very big selection of tv's!

If there's anything you like on the richersounds.co.uk website, the Belfast boys will get it in. Also check out www.allianceelectric.ie, based in Dublin city centre quite close to Phillips Store.
