Panasonic blu ray player

    hi there,
    I am looking to buy a Panasonic DMP-BD50 blu-ray player.
    However it's not that easy to find one. The bricks and mortar shops seem to be having a difficulty with Panasonic deliveries recently.

    Would anyone know a shop that has one in stock or even a reputable internet shop that i can one from?
    I am in Dublin but i don't mind traveling a bit.

    Try allianceelectric.ie.they have a shop in Dublin and are known on boards for their good serivce.I really dont want to go into this but have at least a look into the ps3 as a bluray player!

    Thanks for the advice zonda, I've tried alliance electric, they seem to be having the same delivery issues as Peats.

    Incidentally, I also would rate the PS3 higher overall then any standalone player but I've three issues:-
    1. The fan noise would annoy me a little.
    2. The awkward remote would annoy me a little too - I use a Logitech Harmony universal remote.
    3. Main reason is I am trying to ween my son off consoles and play football or his with his music band- buying a PS3 for myself would get me being accused of being a hypocrite.;)
