What's the 'statistical code' that you're asked to enter on the website to calculate import duty? Is it the reg. no?

What happens is when you generate a quote for your car it will at the end give a statistical code for it so say a 2001 VW Golf GTI has a code of 30230230230, all you need to do is type this code in the next time you come to the site rather than typing in all the details again and it will give you the VRT calculation.
