    I fixed the time drift on backups.

    It's happening at 4am on the button now.

    Don't Panic.

    Cheers for the heads up CuLT, I noticed it has been drifting a bit over the last couple of weeks which has resulted in major confusion on when I should go and make my nightly coco pops :)

    Cult, How would you feel about moving the nighly Back-ups to 4pm??? I think that would work in everyones favour.

    ha boards goes down for about 20mins every night to backup the database (i think :confused:), so now it'll go down at 4 every night instead of some random time like it was lately!

    i don't know really, ask CuLT, but either way boards goes offline every night and now it'll go offline at 4!

    oh, cool, that should be good... although im kinda glad im not living in ireland any more... at least, come 3am, i had that opportunity to go to bed before it was too late... im pretty sure, that at 4am... it's too late...

    Quite correct.

    Although plans to completey remove the backup downtime are in motion. Might be a while before it happens though :)

    I don't think there's a feedback thread but CuLT knows about it anyway. Explained it all to me last night but it was all nerd gibberish to me. Something about a server doing it's own back up that needs to be fixed or something.

    Or something.
