Longest trips that I've done previously have only been the 6 hours'ish between here and the US, and the same again a couple of days later to the west coast but never all in one go. I've just handled those ones by dealing with them as an extra long day and it's only really a few hours difference and never caused me any trouble really. Next month though I have a monster trip in 3 consecutive flights, actually 4 on the return, and then there will be the whole loosing a day thing as well.

I'll be leaving Dublin 3pm on the Saturday and arriving 9am Monday, which would be equivalent to 10pm Sunday Dublin time. I'll ofcourse be wanting as much sleep as possible during the flights if possible and guess that the best way of dealing with the journey medication wise is as if I just had a very long lie in on the Sunday morning, then just resynch the medication to the local time once I'm actually there.

Anybody else on any medications that vary depending on the time of day and have done huge journeys across loads of time zones got any tips?
