    What about this anyone been up it coming from the Col du Telegraphe side?

    I drove up that side a few years ago. I would imagine it's a very tough cycle -long and steep in stretches.

    I've been up from both sides and the telegraph side is alot tougher.
    The Telegraph itself is not too bad and the first 3-4 k after leaving Valloire, but then you hit Plan Lachet and it turns nasty to the top about 7-8k.

    From the other side its longer but not near the same gradient,4-5% to the top of Lauteret and then 7-8% for 7k to top of Galib.The view from the top is amazing and well worth the effort.
