I got a text yesterday from nokia - Im sure its a scam saying that I had won 500000 pounds and that if I call a certain number or email nokia at nokia.prom.uk@gmail.com I can claim it. Firstly there is no way that noka would have a gmail account. Next the number the text came from is area code +234 which when you look it up is - guess what country - yes, Nigeria! I reported it to O2 anyway.
Has anybody else received one of these?

It was me that sent it to you :)

Haven't heard of anyone getting that particular one. You would wonder how they got your particular number. You should reply to the email from a throw-away address to see what reply you get.
