    going on hols next wednesday, but my friend only organised hand luggage, I want to bring a bag... I've searched the website, it doesn't say how you can fix this

    i presume you can just go to the desk and pay for it then??

    Ring the call centre and pay via credit card. I think you can do it online aswell. It costs more to pay it at the airport AFAIK.

    Sorry, Just checked it out. It costs the full rate to do pay over the phone or at the airport. Cheaper rate available online only.
