    does anyone know a good natural product, preferably one that they have tried themselves, that will increase testosterone production but wont send me off the charts as regards drug testing? thnks in advance

    ZMA is the one I'd go for myself under the circumstances- I've used it myself to reasonable effect.
    Never heard of a false positive from it either.
    I'm not really mad on trib.

    the one you seek is tribulus terrestis. its a native weed to arid scrubland and deserts but if you live in ireland you may have to purchase it. folks say to take it with zma before bed on a calcium free stomach about two hours after a high fat high protein meal. eg leg o' lamb with no carbs. you can test your t then with a saliva test from bodybuilding.com or somesuch and see the truth in this.

    Its utterly,utterly useless.Waste of money.There is NO herbal testosterone.

    OP I assume you're an athlete if you're worried about testing. The long and short of it, as it's been explained to me is this. Any supplement that you're worried about failing a test for if you take it in great quantity, probably isn't worth taking in small quantities based on the risk of exceeding dosage versus the minimal effects of small quantities.

    Banter is all good, but a little maturity wouldn't go astray where it's appropriate (this applies to multiple users in this thread btw). An increase in sex can indeed help increase Test levels. Much easier all round to say it in a manner along those lines without having to resort to using derrogatory terms to describe women and/ or sex.

    A massive big thanks for that one. I was reading through the post ready to post that very same info.

    OP nothing boosts natural test production more than sleep, and a little sex even!.

    Year's ago fighters weren't allowed have sex for up to six weeks before a fight, the thinking behind it was that doing so spent their testosterone. But in fact the opposite is true.

    Your testosterone is highest in the few hours after having sex and suffer's a steady decline there after, why?.. Because our bodies normally don't produce something it doesn't need.

    So if you have regular sex (even with yourself) your body produces testosterone.

    Its the reason why trying to increase your natural testo production synthetically (ie. anabolic steroids). Put it into your body synthetically and your body stops or lower's its natural production.

    Ok...now that this thread is actually going somewhere.... :)

    I use ZMA a bit. Its results shall we say are "obvious in the morning". :) You're supposed to take 3 tabs at night but I found that this interefered with my sleep a bit (dreams were a bit too vivid, causing me to wake up). Also, I'm quite light so decided to lower the dosage somewhat. I take 1 or 2 now depending on how I feel.

    myprotein.co.uk do a cheap version which has lower zinc levels than the "full" zma. Too much zinc can be bad for you so I'm happy enough with that tbh.

    I had read that one study found ZMA did increase test levels and a 2nd found that it didn't. The "in the morning" evidence is enough for me, plus it does help me sleep a bit deeper.

    As someone else pointed out, trib is useless.

    I've found before that when I'm training hard I sometimes get those little white marks on my nails (signs of zinc deficiency). Seems to me that for whatever reason you seem to run out of zinc when training alot and since it's known that zinc is very important in freeing up testosterone it stands to reason that supplementing with it will help. I've always found ZMA good anyway.

    My list would be
    1] Sleep
    2] Enough calories
    3] ZMA, pumkin seeds, brazil nuts, anything else with zinc and magnesium in it (I'd say steak but I iz vegan)
    4] Cruciferous veg

    I think eurycoma longifolia does work but I've no idea where to get it anymore?

    You want a natural testosterone booster for men that raises your Ts to a healthy level and not beyond that. I’ve been using a testosterone booster for men containing Testofen. Testofen is the brand name or a standardized extract of fenugreek seeds. It sounds weird but Testofen has been clinically proven to increase T levels to normal range, increase sex drive and energy (it’s got vitamin B6 and Zinc). I think that would help.
