Hamburg U Bahn & arriving at an Ibis after 7

    Hi folks, I'm off to Germany next week and have 2 questions that Google has no answers for.

    1- How expensive is the U Bahn (underground) in Hamburg? I presume buying tickets etc is handy enough.

    2- My flight doesn't get me in till 8;45. (darn you Ryanair!) Should I contact the hotel so they'll keep my reservation?

    The U Bahn is inexpensive i cant actually remmeber how much but it's cheap enough and runs on time (unlike public transport here:rolleyes:)

    I'm sure checking in late wont be a problem, ive done it many times and never had a problem.

    Hamburg's a great city have fun,:cool:

    Cheers man. I think I'll ring the hotel tomorrow just to be on the safe side. I Hear Ibis can sometimes cancel your reservation if you show up late and still charge you
