"Ohhhhhhhhhhh.... i thought it was a goal but hes actually kicked it a mile wide!"

This is typical jibberish of Radio 3's weekend GAA commentator. He sounds a bit simple and i can hardly assume he is paid well for what he does. He also has a quiet Biffo co-commentator who lends the odd comment like "He'll folly him down the field"

As a team they are fricking HILLARIOUS! But its not as if theyre trying to be. Manys a Saturday afternoon spent giggling my backside off listening to them.
    Its farcical

Anyone know their names? If youve ever listened in youll know what im on about

You'd think you would know their names if you spent many a Saturday listening to them.

Must be from Moate (which is almost in Offaly)

Although...he IS a GAA head so one would assume he closer to Mully than Athlone

Sounds like 96FM's coverage in Cork, it's like they grab 2 fans and give them mics... Funny but rubbish...

    Since when?

GAA coverage is almost always on C103 and not 96.
