My problem with this series is that I feel it really need to be one season long and no longer. I mean I reckon theyd be stretching if they dragged out the cylons creaion much longer than that.

The trailer wasn't what I was expecting, I was expecting the creation of the cylons as more of Irobot Scenario, not because some1 wanted their kid reborn.

PS: Anyone recognise the actors?

Hmmm, still sceptical as to whether this can make an impact (critically and commercially) but im intrigued nonetheless.

I like that Jericho actor. Plus it has Eric Stolz who was in Pulp Fiction and was the original-cast Marty for Back to the Future.

As far as we knew, Cylons didn't look this way until they evolved themselves.

I cannot see it airing before BSG finishes to be honest as Caprica might have some spoilers with regards how BSG finishes. "What has happened before will happen again" etc.

Apparently it's to air this December. It'll be interesting to see if they avoid spoilers for the remainder of BSG Season 4.

Well, the Sci-Fi website is calling it a movie, so they're either referring to a one off feature or a feature length pilot.

It was meant to be a "backdoor pilot" but they've decided now to purchase a series of it.

But they said that there is a chance of a series dependent on the pilot is recieved.

So the series is confirmed after the pilot?
