    Hi everyone,

    Just a little review after my visit to Five Oaks Ranch in Ballyshannon - it's a Western Riding Stables. I actually searched boards to see if anyone had tried it before I booked but didn't find anything!

    I booked for myself and bf - I ride but he has only been a few times. The owner was soooo friendly, chatted away and gave a little tour of the horses in the yard.

    The place is very much about the horses (American Quarter Horses) and the riding, it's not a marketing gimmick ("oh let's go and be cowboys"). We went for a great trek (a few metres on road, the rest on tracks/woodland), and managed to cater for all abilities on the ride. My horse was great! :cool:

    Think it's going to be on Nationwide sometime soon (they're filming next week) if you want to know more, just to let you all know!
