    I'm know I'm not quite at the 100km like alot of people on here but I'm getting there.

    I put the route up on Map My Ride and was wondering what you think of it.

    I forgot to see what time I started the ride so I couldn't work out my average speed.

    What I also want to know is how do the climbs compare to the Saturday spins?

    Climbs would be substantially less than in Wicklow (your max elevation goes to around 67m while Wicklow goes to around 500m) but we sometimes just go out to Eniskerry which would be roughly comparable, it's not too hilly on the direct route.

    I only realised that after I had a look at the photos of the boards200.

    I'll meet up with you shortly and do the trip to Enniskerry anyway, I hae to start somewhere.

    Oh completely, do come out, it's a lot easier in a group and if you just stick at it you will surprise yourself!

    Well done on the 50km BTW, it's a long enough distance, especially if you have never cycled that far before.
