There's a Polish BB shop in the Moore Street Mall where I buy some of my stuff. The people in there actually lift, and look like it. They have steered me to things that were cheaper than I had originally planned.

But I have no particular loyalty. If I find a good whey or other supps cheap, I'll buy them.

I used to get them off a mate who deals in that sort of thing but since the dollar has plunged it makes more economical sense to get them online from the states.

    I use bodybuilding.com

Do you find stuff gets stopped by the IMB?

myprotein.co.uk for my last shipment. Before that bulkpowders.co.uk (would have used them again but they had no casein based proteins and I wanted some). Have used bodybuilding.com too. Stuff was searched by IMB but let through. Delayed proceedings quite a bit though.

Don't think it's ever happened to me but my brother experienced a delay once maybe.

On one other occasion there was some external cost related to delivery levied by fedex. My brother ignored the letters until he got a threatening phone call

However this is just one thing in about 6 years of buying so I'd still definitely reccommend it.

I buy from these guys, never had a problem and anytime I've emailed them they are very quick at getting back.

Also never been stopped by IMB, despite buying a number of things pulled from the shelves.

Word of warning though which is completely off topic, from experience first time you get a credit card it's incredibly easy to buy a lot of things simply because you can, tempting as it is to spend a lot, just be careful.

I know, you feel you should buy lots to justify the shipping cost. Very dangerous.

    Bodybuilding.com or nutritionconnection.ie

The latter cut alot of their prices recently
