I am really fighting the urge to post a smart a** reply, however, as the urge has passed (for the moment) your answer is, a vehicle is called for. It then transports the arrested person to the station.

Me and my skipper walked a violent prisoner next door to the station with his head nearly between his knees and his hands up in the air. People couldnt believe what they were seeing.
