Any decent whey should be fine. To be honest, I think the whole Slender Pro X is a marketing ploy, there's no particular advantage to that brand over any basic one you buy.

Take a scoop of whey with ice water and perhaps a spoonful of glucose after lifting.

If you are using it as a meal replacement, blend a scoop of whey with water or milk and some flaxmeal or peanut butter. Wash your blender straight away.

If you have a lot of weight to lose, then I just wouldn't bother with it. It's just extra calories you really don't need...

There are weight loss ingredients added to Slender Pro, L Carnitine and green tea extract, so it is quite different to normal run of the mill whey proteins.

Pro Matrix worked well for me, I used it training for the European championships, I weighed in at 86kg, the lightest i've ever been on a competitive scales, leaner too.
The only difference between this and other tournaments was Pro Matrix.

See I am a big fan of Nutx. :)
