    Yo!

I'd like to get a water based fire extinguisher, which can be refilled and re-pressurized from a schrader valve connection (car tyre type valve).

Anyone know where I'd get one. I get the impression that they are a bit dated ?

(This is not for the actual putting out of fires by the way)

    Hmm,
this is something I've also been looking around for, if more than one are available, I'd be interested to hear about it.

Just checked I have two s/hand ones. Look ok but I wont stand by them. You are welcome to them.

Curiosity has got the better of me here folks, and i'd be curious as to the non fire fighting use of such a device?

I wanted to grab one as a cheap portable bike washer ! Mountain biking can result in a pretty muddy bike, so a portable, pressurized water container that can take the mud off before putting in/on a car would be quite handy. A fire extinguisher does just the job according to some mountain bike forums I read. It squirts out water at a high enough pressure to clean, but not enough to get into bearings. And it's easily re-fillable and re-pressurized!

Thanks very much ! PM sent.
