    Hi everyone.

This is my problem I think im to skinny and i would like to bulk my self up to about 11.5/12 stone. I think that would be a nice sise for my height...
Ive looked at a few brands and cyclone having got the bulk builder in and the creatin(sp) in it Thaught it might be the right job for me. Also recomended bye some one I know.

But im not 100% so Im going to my gp jut to cheack up with him to see if he thinks its a good idea i dont mind, haveing to work out a lot....staying active. As that would be good for me.

Has any one here used it and how did you find the affects ?
are there horrior storys or anything like that?
Is it known to effect your behavour testosterone levels etc??

ive allways tried to put on weight eating lots of proten, carbs, but my body only lets me eat so much then i loose my apitite for a few day's if that makes sence??

any help, experence's would be great :)

    Have you tried weights?

If you are just taking mass builders and doing no heavy weights you are just going to gain fat. No muscle. Speaking from experience here, you would be better off looking into a good compound weights program, like "Starting Strength".

Add that to some protein shakes for 6 months and you will be laughing. I've gone from 6foot and 10 1/2 stone to 11 stone. And I'm still a skinny bastard but I'm a skinny bastard with a good bit of muscle now. And I'm only going to get bigger.

I no thaat cyclone has mass builder in it, attacks the mussels, or bloats them out, and from there you do weights to build mussel i no that it does'nt just come from drinking a drink..I no i have to do weight in order to gain the mussel ...or am i missing your pont cmpletely...

I think you would be better off with doing compound weights for just under a hour 3 days a week. And if you wanted to, using a simple protein shake afterwards. I think that in Cyclone you are looking for a easy answer, which its not.

I'm sure a few people here can give better advice on diet, but to start with nuts are great to east throughout the day. You can snack on them at any time and they are high in protein and good fats.

As for the appetite, one of the best things I found was not drinking fluids during my meals. My stomach doesn't fill up as quick now and I can eat more per sitting. You also find that appetite increases the more your body craves the energy.

you muscles wont be 'attacked' by the nutrients in cyclone unless they have been put under enough stress through weight training that they require the nutrients.
cyclone is a supplement of a good eating plan and a good weight lifting plan.
a supplement- not the main part.
in order to bulk you need the weights more than the cyclone

It's not your fault SnowMonkey but it's a terrible reflection of our marketing led soceity that when someone wants to bulk up the first thing they think of is a milkshake instead of a gym. You only need a supplement if you are already nautious/broke from eating too much tuna/chicken and need the extra protein because of your TRAINING. Did you not see the "beefcake" episode of South Park????

Well said kevpants. There's so many people out there eating s*it diets and doing half arsed misinformed training that think if they take *insert miracle shake here* itl suddenly transform them.

OP Google starting strength or stronglifts.

AS posted above, nothing is going to help you do anything unless you are lifting heavy.
    1- Lift HEAVY
    2- eat LOTS
    3 - sleep

unless you are doing those things consistently for a time then don't waste your time/money.

Also - post up a typical day's diet for review.

Good stuff. Concentrate on the 3 biggies, squat bench press and deadlift if you want to bulk up. No curls!

You also need to eat more protein, your diet is pretty light. You need to be eating some chicked or whatever at lunch and add another snack involving protein. Tub of cottage cheese or something. You should really add even more but for the time being try and just make the change.
