That are they are deformend or belong to a particular race/breed...?! I refer to the typical corsa/astra/fiat/civic brigade, most are below the height of the seat it seems?

I think it's funny that when you see them in the rear view mirror and they're up your backside waiting to overtake at the next suitable location (i.e. the next blind bend or chevroned island) they always seem to be struggling to see over the steering wheel.

I think that part of the reason may be that it seems mandatory to have the seat reclining all the way back.
