Fake an US IP address

I'm trying to download the free AutoCAD 2009 trial from their website. I'm doing this in college as the connection is faster than at home and we also have a cap and the file is 700 mb or something. Unfortunately the site requires you to be from the US to download it. Is there any way to fake an US IP to trick the site into giving me the program?
    Thanks

Why bother downloading a trial? If you are in college you can get the full version for free....

Proxy sites don't work. I was thinking something along the lines of SSH tunneling or something like that but I'm a noob when it comes to that kind of stuff.

I want to get the trial for my own computer at home. I know I can use AutoCAD in college but it would be very handy to have my own copy. And if your saying the college will give me a copy they wont. Licences are VERY expensive.

you wont be able to change any settings or install any programs that are going to help you then.

can you not use a laptop, either yours or a classmates?

Its a desktop, at home. I am currently using Putty and firefox to get websites which are blocked. Is there anyway I could use that to get the site working?

If you didnt dismiss my post so fast, you might have looked into my post to find out that; AS A STUDENT IN A COLLEGE, AUTODESK GIVE YOU A FREE STUDENT LICENCE. YOU CAN INSTALL IT AT HOME, IN WORK, IN COLLEGE, ON THE MOON FOR ALL THEY CARE.

If you don't mind dial-up speeds, tor might work, if you get to the right exit-point.

Thank you, and sorry if I dismissed it. I had looked into that about a year ago and couldn't find anything like that, thats why I dissmissed it. I'm downloading now so hopefully it will work.

Hmmm... seems like its not what I'm looking for. Its prints a banner on every page. So I still need to get that fake IP.

    What is tor?
