I was in Dundrum last night and i walked by river island and noticed they had closed early to set up the sale so i presume it started today.
Might take a trip out to liffey valley tomorrow to see if there is anything nice there, seeing as dundrum doesnt have a mens section!

I know the sale in River Island in Drogheda was on on Wed. last as I got a pair of shoes that were €80 last week for €25 :D
Not sure about the clothes as I don't like RI but the shop was mad busy when I was in.

Felt so sorry for the staff in the Grafton Street one today. The shop was too small to cope..fitting room queue the length of the shop, the actual till queue was also mad, and every till was in use. They were giving out sweets to people in the queues though, and the girls on till were apologising for the wait. The sale section is sized (loosely, but still). Best organised sale I've seen, even if the shop couldn't really cope.

Got 2 pairs of jeans and some sunglasses. Will be checking out tops and dresses tomorrow, didn't have time today! Great bargains, especially since I refuse to pay their full prices.

Went in yesterday(Cork branch) looking for black skinny jeans. Could only find an 8 at first(I'm normally 8-10, so I said I'd try them). Flipping things were too tight on my ankles and calves even! And there was no chance of me ever being able to button them. I had just given up hope but decided to have one more browse and found a size 10(someone must have just put it back on the rail or something), grabbed them and went to try them on. Too big  Not massively big, but not perfectly fitting. I guess I'm a size 9  I bought them anyhow, they were down to 30e afterall. Can I shrink them in the wash maybe?

Just had trouble fitting into them all over :p Yeah I'd say it'll be ok, I can live with a little bagginess.
