howdy, looking for a new set of hair clippers, now i know theres ones of the market that do your head hair, and then there grooming ones with the interchangeable heads for face/body/nasel hair etc

question is, any of you guys find any of these grooming ones suitable for head as well, the cloesest i have seen are some of the philpps range, bth, some of the heads/hair lenght guards dont seen wide enough for head hair cutting, any one had any experience with them or recomend them

thanks in advance, current pair are a bit knackered now, if running them on cordless, usaully die after a single hair cut (10 to 15 minutes use)

I recommend Wahl. And a mains operated one as they have an AC motor which is more powerful. Ive had a Wahl for probably 10 years now - God knows how many thousands it has saved me on haircuts!

I'm actually looking for a new one myself, and I see that some models have cermanic blades which are supposed to be sharper than steel. Anyone any experience?

one i have at the moment has ceramic blades, by 'scherna', just find them easier to care for compared to the steel ones, but does not have interchangeable heads which is what i'm looking for, still has the changable cutting lenght guards though for head hair cutting
