I'm new to this site, well i have been signed up for a long time, but a rare poster,

but recently joined a gym and a few people mentioned Hydroxycut, and got me looking into it,

but i was wondering if anyone on here had used this product and had any bad side effects or what did happen when using this product,

or could you recommend any other fat burners that would help me, not do all the work, just to get a person started,

    thanks for any information :)

sorry if i have posted this is the wrong section...

Hydroxycut was the mutts nuts when it had Ephedrine in it. But thats long been taken out, and while some people will say they've had great results from using the 'new' Hydroxycut I'd bet a weeks wage it was placebo and they'd have got the same results without using it.

Clenbuterol is the new ephedrine though you need to be at peak fitness and have lost most of the fat first before even considering using it

And its only available on prescription and has horrible side effects such as irritability, tremors, sweating and uncomfortable body temperature.Leave this stuf alone unless your competing or something.

what i meant was that to those that are using it are using it in the same way as ephedrine i am not condoning the use of it by anyone at all i am merely stating that most ephedrine users are using this now.

Not even avaliable on prescription it is used for animals and was deemed not fit for human consumption it also has lovely side effects such as permanent tearing of the heart muscle.

Smokey stupid post I can only hope no one sees your ridiculous claim and decides to try it.

    No they're not.

Eph. & Clen are cycled in completely different ways and both have completely different 'half lifes'. But often for the same goals.

Both are commonly used by people trying to loose weight, however Clen is also used for its anaboic properties (of which I'm not convinced). Some people evening use it with HCG & Clomid during a bridging phase (the period between anabolic steroid cycles).

But seriously, Clen is not new. It was even used year's ago by cattle farmers who used it to reduce the fat on cow's and increase lean meat production!.

Sorry if I sounded harsh in my first reply to you.

I've decided to remove all my previous posts related to clen and stay on topic as i think you are right and in case someone does try and procure some clen it can have dangerous effects.

Back to the original Q... I took hydroxycut (not the old version with ephedrine) a couple of times. I wouldnt say its a total placebo, full of caffeine etc but its overpriced for whats in it. I saw recently that hydroxycut hardcore has been reformulated to comply with the new (and incredibly stupid) IMB specifications, but I wouldnt bother with thermogenics whatsoever until you really hit a wall, and even at that the thermogenics wont do much unless your diet and training are spot on
