    Dunnes have a great bargain at the moment. Legs of Lamb are half price. I got a massive one for €16 in Rathmines tonight.

    Yer only hilarious!!!

    The one I got in Dunnes is "massive" compared to the frozen one I got in Lidl last week for €11. Lidl must use a dwarf breed of sheep. Or the Irish lambs are older when they go to their heavenly reward.

    the longer it lives the bigger it gets, so small leg young lamb, big heavy leg, could be from what the farming community call a cast ewe,

    on a similar meaty topic u can get a big bbq pack from supervalu that has 4 chicken burger, 4 jumbo spicy sausages 4 chicken wings and 2 drumbsticks(big ones) all for for only €5.99!! Brilliant bargain for anyone doing bbq and its all really good quality stuff.
