    I was looking through the newspaper Archives at work, for an article about our company, when I came across this attached article in the Sunday Times.
    "A Colour Guide to the Faces of Our World", published in the Sunday Times Magazine 30 Sep 1962.

    Some ridiculously racist stereotypes in there.

    Here's some choice quotes

    "(Aborigines) are not, by western standards very intellegent"

    "(Kenyans) have a tendency towards laziness."

    And this was aimed at kids!!!

    No wonder there's so much racism among older people nowadays.

    How the world has changed. They were probably right about the aborigines mind seeming as they didn't have access to the education system as other Australians would have had. Not sure about the Kenyans being lazy though given what we see today! When the paper was printed however the first Kenyan long distance running athletes had yet to come to prominence.

    This guy was one of the first to start it all off.
