Firewall setting on Leopard

Guys I am hoping someonce advise me on the most appropriate firewall setting to use on my MAC. My firewall is set to allow all incoming connections by default. Do I need to change this? I have a firewall running on my router so do I need to change my firewall settings.

I have mine left off. I never took the time to work out how Leopard's new firewall works. I'm behind two routers so I figure I'm safe enough.
