First try contacting fsecure if that fails...

you can completley disable it so it won't run again...

    your using windows i'm presuming...

go to start, then run - type in mscofig...

    be carefull here.....follow my instructions!!

this will bring up the system configiration utility...

You'll see a couple of tabs, one will be services and the other start up....

Go to services, tick the box on the bottom that says"hide all microsoft services" that should leave you with a few ticked boxes, you can disabel them all or just the f secure, hit apply.....
Next go to start up and hit disable all, hit apply!

You will them be asked to restart your computer...when windows restarts a grey box will come up, tick the box "don't show this warning again...

Your computer should be like new now with no unwanted programs running in the background or at start up......

This is what I'd but i could be wrong, make sure and tick the box that says hide all microsoft services before you diable anything.....or you'll be in big trouble...

the utility should look like the attached pic...

    google is your friend:

    http://support.f-secure.com/enu/corporate/downloads/removeav.shtml

Although its on their corporate page, it lists that it will uninstall the internet security 2005 - 2007 as well
