So, for something different, myself and a few friends were thinking of driving across of some, if not all of America next year. Has anyone ever done this? We will all have full licenses by then, so i'm assuming it shouldn't be too difficult to get a car rental service to give us a car? As for a route, we were thinking of…

So, for something different, myself and a few friends were thinking of driving across of some, if not all of America next year. Has anyone ever done this? We will all have full licenses by then, so i'm assuming it shouldn't be too difficult to get a car rental service to give us a car?

As for a route, we were thinking of flying to New York, driving to Toronto via Boston, then onwards to wherever (we dont have a proper route yet). How long would you need to take to drive across the whole country?
