    Hi

Yeah I have done the same myself in previous years as have a couple of friends of mine. Running along the strip/beachfront can be quite annoying as you have to dodge people walking.

Head out of the main resort. There are loads of roads with light enough traffic to run on. It is also quite hilly.

All in all you should be OK

The strip is popular as Roadrunner says, I did a few easy runs in the morning along there.
There is a cycle lane/walking Lane going from Puerto Del Carmen the whole way to Arrecife along the beachfront and passes the airport. Its a lovely run past beaches and you can get up top 90 mins out and back.
There is also a long run you can do to the top of an old volcano and back, about 2 hours.
If you cycle a bit the roads are of very high quality and you could plan some nice cycles but as you say youll be taking an easy week.
I have recorded some of these runs on my garmin, if a get a link I can to the runs Ill put it up or PM to you.

Sounds good..dont want to run on the main roads as im running on my own and its not much fun with lunatics bombing past, but that 90min type run sounds good.
