So I want to take up this wonderful art form, but am having difficulty finding a club. It seems 90% of them are in schools and college's and won't let you join unless you are a student.

Where am I to go if I want to learn?

If any one has any ideas, or possible invitations, they would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Where are you, north - south - east or west Dublin?.

Sorry to Hijack this one, just wondering there's any Judo on at the weekends in Dublin anymore, since Coolmine stopped doing Saturdays.

Oh well guess i'll the weekends I'm in Dublin off so :) Coolmine sessions were always great, pity.

We've Sunday sessions going in Galway if you're down on the beer and feel like punishing the body a bit more. Friday nights will be up and running once the Uni is back aswell.

Which Uni is that? And don't you have to be a student to join?

It's NUI, Galway, it was a small aside on the thread, I was seeing if there was any judo going on in Dublin for the weekends I'm up. Weekends are open enough in Galway, need a certain level though, as Friday tends to be a Randori session
