Hi madnirvana,

Since the Czech Republic is in the EU you can avail of the grant from Ireland to go there. They won't pay fees as far as I know but yes you can get the grant if you're an undergrad. It's the same procedure from here just that there's one extra form to fill out, so you should contact your Council/VEC about it.
