I'll be flying there this day next week and I need to get to Paris in order to get to Brussels then. What is the best and easiest option to get into Paris? Would I be better off getting the shuttle bus or are there regular trains departing the airport? Cheers

IIRC the shuttle is the only option from Beauvais. I dont remember there being any train link from there.

Correct, the only other option than bus is a taxi. I was there is Feb and AFAIR the charge for the taxi was 120 yo yo's.

Take the airport bus that is supplied by Ryaniar, it's the most direct option

There are trains that go from Beauvais town centre to Paris Nord. I presume you could get a local bus into Beauvais town, or else get a taxi which shouldn't be too dear. Are you getting the train to Brussels? I think they depart from Paris Nord. Here's the Beauvais to Paris timetable:

    Cheers for the replies folks.

Yeah, we're getting the train from Paris to Brussels, is Nord the best place to go from?

The Thalys service to Brussels leaves from Gare du Nord.

Sound. Does the shuttle go anywhere near the Nord train station or is that station central enough?

The Shuttle drops you at top of Champs Elysses and you can get the metro to Nord, easy as chips

Metro is fantastic and so cheap and the Parisians despite their reputation are very good at helping tourists. The Metro is not obvious when you are dropped at the Bus station but it is about 40 yards away (almost at the end of the usual taxi queue)
