1 day a week?

Guys, I've basically got a spare weekday (Friday) where I'm not doing anything (Friends all work Mon-Fri), and find myself with little to do. I figure this would be a great opportunity to do a day's work and start chipping away at the old credit card bills.

However, I'm having great difficulty finding anywhere that wants a 1 day a week unskilled*** employee, as to be expected I suppose. Does anyone know of any online (or otherwise) resources that can help me? Or give me any pointers?

    Thanks

    Dave

***I am skilled (qualifications in Engineering) but I figure I'm highly unlikely to procure something more than just a casual employee for 1 day only.

My bf has a one day a week job doing computer geek stuff. Granted we are in NZ but he got it through a student job search, I believe. Are there any student job resources at home? Anyone? Maybe try though the colleges?
