    hey there

I am thinking of moving out of home and my sister would be moving out aswell. There is a possibility my boyfriend may come and live with us at a later stage.
My sister gets disability allowance so she couldn't afford to move out without rent allowance.

If i am to be living with her, does that make it harder for her to receive it?
& Would she get enough to cover most of her rent?

we'd be looking at at a two bed place in cork.i am unemployed myself but have a few interviews lined up so more than likely will be full time employed when we move out. thanks

i am on rent allowance and i can not have anyone except my children live wit me..... your sister would be entitled to claim rent allowance but if you have a full time job you can not and if you were to live wit her she could not get it either............. although if she has a disability that means she has to have someone live with her she mite get a reduced rate........ im not sure of the rates where you live so your best thing to do is go to your community welfare officer or citizens information and they will help you out.

hope it works out for you:)
