    No food since this morning, wont get to eat until 5 tomorrow evening. Just had a lavage for hospital tomorrow - the thought of a good dinner is keeping me going

    Any indulgent suggestions? Related jokes also welcome

    From experience it's a bad idea to eat anything really heavy after a long period of fasting.

    You'd be better off having something small, like toast.

    OP, into the car, down the M7 to Portlaoise and get the donor kebab and chips in Zam Zam, i've had kebabs all over Europe and i've still to taste one better than this...

    Might take it easy for a while, ill have the massive dinner tomorrow

    Rustlers would be nice. I'm open to ordering though, if I was home I think I would get a double decadence with pepperoni beef and sausage. As far as I know I'll be able to eat whatever after today
